I have to admit that I’ve been seeing a prominent theme lately which I find interesting. It keeps popping up in so many unexpected ways, through music, books, tv shows and even Instagram! Last week has been all about loving ourselves, this time it’s showing love, kindness and respect to others. I wholeheartedly agree with that and already do it on a daily basis. Self-care: learning to forgive

I recently discovered an intriguing book by Doreen Virtue on how to heal ourselves and break free of negativity. Even though Doreen is famous for her spiritual topics, this is more geared towards the physiological and psychological aspects of detoxing our minds and bodies. The goal is to find ways of healing ourselves from the inside out and make a positive change in our lives.

Be strong

Sometimes you got to stop and wonder what in the world Fate has in store for us.  It can seem so strange at times.  I know that it's inevitably meant to lead us towards another path that will open a door to new possibilities, perhaps through a chance meeting with someone who has the right connections.
