It's days like these with more technology at our disposal that makes it harder to get our work done, especially from home.  There are distractions everywhere, aside from the usual interruptions that leave a broad pen stroke across the page from being startled such a sudden phone call or doorbell, there's the online stuff that constantly beckons us to the computer or mobile device. 

I got hooked onto Twitter over a year ago and use it every single day.  I love being up to date on social events...

Inspiration is everywhere, you just have to know where to look...

Every writer has those moments of sudden inspiration which opens the flood gates of creativity.  Alas, there is always another side to that, moments that we all dread - those hours or days of procrastination, where we circle the writing desk, trying to rope in all of those wild and random thoughts and transform them into a believable story. Just finished editing the first official draft of Sway! Yay! Now it's off to the second editor! This is a very exciting time now that it's getting closer to being published.  It's an amazing feeling! Wow!

Right now, it's a little tricky since I'm still working on my third novel.  Which means that I have to set that one aside to go through the first novel.  For the most part, it's rearranging a sentence here, adding a paragraph there or expanding a particular scene.  And of course, lots of proo...
